Please be aware the Moon of Hope doesn’t give legal advice -- nor are we legal advocates -- but we will navigate you to find  legal resources available in your community at zero or lower cost  that can help you through out the process.

Advocacy

Moon of Hope works with other organization and active members in the community to encourage state, federal agencies and private institutions to empower influential adults to speak out and take action against child sexual abuse and domestic violence in our society.

Our advocacy program dedicates to advocate for victims to find  legal services, social services, shelters and other charities organization.

 

  • A protective order is a legal document creates with a purpose to prohibit a partner from physically approach you or harming or harassing you, your children, or other loved ones.

  •  A protective order can be also ordered at the courthouses.

  • Protective orders don't stop psychological abuse.
